The Council is governed by a Board of Directors and conducts its activities through its Operating Committee and General Membership. Direction, control and management rests with the Board of Directors.

The War for Talent task force recently released a whitepaper designed to help win the war for talent in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry.

There are currently two formal committees and three more task groups. The two committees are the Operating Committee and the Membership Committee. The three task groups are: Doctoral Program, Productivity, and Leadership.
